• Service refers to any service provided by Robbp Media Group, including UGC creation, content management, and distribution.

• You refers to the individual or company accessing or using the Service, or the legal entity on behalf of which such an individual is accessing or using the Service.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order for UGC services or content within 30 days without providing any reason.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 30 days from the date on which you received the final product or service.

We will reimburse you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the initial transaction, and no fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return of any UGC product or service, the following conditions must be met:

• The service or product was purchased within the last 30 days.
• The product is in the original, unaltered form (if applicable).
• The service or product has not been customized or personalized in a way that makes it non-returnable.
• The product is not subject to health, hygiene, or expiry-related restrictions.

Non-returnable products include:

• Customized content that was made based on your specifications.
• Services or content that deteriorate rapidly or are delivered with an expiration date.
• UGC content that has been altered or used in a way that it cannot be reprocessed or resold.

We reserve the right to refuse returns for any content or services that do not meet these conditions, at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods or Services

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning any goods, should the need arise. The returned product should be sent to:

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for any returns.

Gifts

If the UGC service or content was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. If the service or content was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves for you to receive later, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.
