We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for any returns.

Gifts

If the UGC service or content was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. If the service or content was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves for you to receive later, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.
